Student Bowl
Two days of competition to see who are the best CLS and CLT teams in the states. Student teams will compete in a double-elimination quiz bowl for the ultimate bragging rights. Each round consists of games lasting 20 minutes covering Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology/Immunology, Immunohematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Parasitology/Mycology/Virology. Students will be given Lunch on the first day of student bowl competition along with snacks to fuel their brains. FUN! FUN! FUN!
Education
The Joint Annual Meeting will offer 13.5 hours of P.A.C.E approved credit. Including in the educational sessions will be review sessions tailored for students. These review sessions will be invaluable to those students nearing graduation and certification examination. The program is full of engaging topics to interest all attendees. The preliminary program with session information will be completed soon.
Exhibits
During the Annual Meeting, attendees will be able to witness all the latest advances in technology and instrumentation. Our program will offer two days of exciting exhibits. Stop by our exhibit hall to see what our vendors have to offer you. The array of vendors exhibiting is guaranteed to offer solutions to customer needs. There will be a vendor appreciation reception on Wednesday, April 11 from 7:00pm – 10:00pm.
Food & Fun
Who wants to attend a boring meeting? Certainly not our members! The Annual Meeting will offer several opportunities to network with old friends and to make new ones. A social will be on Thursday, April 12 from 7pm – 11pm.
