The Laboratory Director will report to the General Manager on administrative matters and the Medical Director on clinical and technical matters.

• The business meeting was held at St Francis Hospital-Memphis and was called to order at 6:10 pm by John Bandura, President.
• The minutes from the March 1, 2012 meeting were submitted by Angela Phillips, Secretary, and approved as written.  (Moved: Triplett, 2^nd: Broadhead)
• The treasurer’s report was not presented and will be presented at the May meeting.
